Weimar – the German Historical Ground of Art, Culture, Architecture and Philosophy Each country has its famous places where the most significant periods of its history were traced. Briefly speaking due to Carl August ruling during the 18th - 19th centuries and the presence of his noble and intelligent family the town gained its initial magnificent atmosphere that attracted and inspired so many outstanding persons. This atmosphere was so unique that German geniuses could not help but staying in Weimar and created their most brilliant works. Although the town represented the outstanding past of German culture, art and history one cannot help but get inspired by every inch of each Weimar place.
